Daryl K. Kearney is the beloved Pastor of Turner Memorial AME Church in Hyattsville, MD. Daryl K. Kearney is known as a powerful preacher of the Gospel, cutting edge leader of God’s people as well as a Leadership Coach. He has helped many to reach their fullest potential and restore their life and community. Rev. Kearney has courageously refused to accept mediocrity in ministry. He is biblically based and Holy Spirit led which has exhibited transformations in the lives of the congregations he has served. Rev. Kearney’s extraordinary vision, unconventional leadership and prophetic calling has the congregations to grow in worship, discipleship, leadership, stewardship, and fellowship.

Rev. Denise Burriss, Associate Minister, Certified Yoga Teacher and Continuing Health Educator. Ordained in 1990, Rev. Denise Burriss is an Itinerate Minister in the AME Church and serves as the Minister of Health and Wellness at Turner Memorial AME Church. Rev. Burriss holds a BA Degree in Psychology from the University of the District of Columbia where she graduated Cum Laude. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher, E-RYT. Rev. Burriss is the founder of Serenity With Denise, LLC and Serenity With Denise Yoga. A native Washingtonian, Rev. Burriss is passionate about using Serenity Yoga as a tool to help individuals identify with and live in their own purpose and inner peace. Rev. Burriss enjoys her marriage to her husband, Allen Burriss, and together they follow the path God is leading them in service. Rev. Burriss is grateful for the gift of raising three adult children who have gifted her with five beautiful grandchildren. Her philosophy of life begins with Psalms 34:1, “I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”

Rev. Dr. Marion Morton Crayton is an Ordained Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church. As Minister for Congregational Care, she facilitates Grief Share support sessions, provides care for families experiencing the loss of a loved one and helps with planning for and officiating at celebrations of life, serves as eulogist; and conducts home, hospital and hospice visits. She has accompanied several AME medical mission trips to Africa and to Jamaica. She holds several degrees among which are a Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC and a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University. She serves as the Advocate for Persons who are Differently Abled for the International Health Commission of the AME Church. She is employed with the United States Department of Education in the Office of Special Education Programs and has Systems Change and Correctional Education as her Lead Areas.

Dr.Gadson is an ordained itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and currently serves as Turner Memorial’s Executive Minister. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Morgan State University, graduate degrees from Howard University and Wesley Theological Seminary, and an earned Doctor of Ministry degree from Duke Divinity School. Dr. Gadson is also trained as a consultant and researcher, specializing in the area of leadership change and transition and ministerial identity.
